Outbound SDR
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) working at Opperate, you will play a pivotal role in setting appointments and driving revenue growth for our clients. The primary focus of this position is to conduct outbound prospecting and engage with potential customers through various communication channels. Things you will do include:
Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria to ensure that they align with the client's ideal customer profile
Utilizing various channels such as cold calling and email outreach to connect with prospects
Initiating and maintaining effective communication with prospects through compelling messaging that highlights the value proposition of the client's products or services.
Employing active listening skills to understand prospect needs and tailoring your communications accordingly
Maintaining proper cadences and keeping accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets that have been set
Consistently seeking out feedback and actively participating in efforts to improve skills and performance by staying up to date on industry trends, product knowledge and sales techniques.
