Inbound SDR
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Opperate, you will play a crucial role in converting inbound leads into sales opportunities for our clients. This position is centered around responding to inquiries, engaging with prospects who have shown interest in our clients' products or services, and guiding them through the early stages of the sales funnel. Things you will do include:
Responding promptly to inbound leads through various channels and methods of communication
Developing a deep understanding of the client's products or services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers
Engaging with leads in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and providing relevant information to guide them through the sales process
Implementing timely and personalized follow-up strategies to maintain engagement with leads and building and nurturing these relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintaining proper cadences and keeping accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets that have been set
Consistently seeking out feedback and actively participating in efforts to improve skills and performance by staying up to date on industry trends, product knowledge and sales techniques.
