SDR Manager
As an SDR Manager at Opperate, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives, and driving the success of the entire teams’ sales efforts. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating effective strategies, ensuring the achievement of targets, and fostering a high-performance culture within the SDR team. Things you will do include:
Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of SDRs to achieve both individual and collective goals.
Providing them with guidance on the best practices, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Collaborating with clients to understand their sales objectives and contributing to the development of comprehensive SDR strategies.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SDR team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of SDR team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within them
Analyzing SDR performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for SDR-related activities
Providing regular updates on SDR performance, strategy adjustments, and areas of improvement.
