As a recruiter at Opperate you will play a key role in driving the recruitment of high-performing sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the sales process and the skills needed for sales success. As part of our talent acquisition team, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining a pipeline of talented sales representatives and leaders for our clients. Things you will do include:
Proactively identifying, sourcing, and engaging with top-tier sales professionals through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
Conducting initial phone screenings, video interviews, and in-depth assessments to evaluate candidates' sales skills, experience, and company fit.
Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, providing regular updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Working closely with hiring managers and sales leaders to understand the requirements of the role and developing recruiting strategies tailored to specific client needs.
Writing compelling job descriptions and posts on job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement, and ensure hiring goals are met in a timely manner.
Maintaining an organized pipeline of passive and active candidates to ensure a consistent flow of top talent.
